Our Principles
1. We are an independent and democratic organization of workers.
2. We run our organization and determine our strategy collectively.
3. We grow our organization deep and wide, seeking sustained participation in our decisions and maximum involvement in our actions.
4. We stand up to every oppression and every attempt to divide us, be it on gender, race, ethnicity, nationality, sexual identity, ability, religion or any other reason.
5. We build solidarity with our fellow workers across workplaces, industries and borders.
6. We fight for dignity and control over our work, our lives and our collective future.
